Participants are welcomed in Huerta Los Tamarindos' garden area with a glass of lemongrass iced tea and an introduction to the farm conducted by an agricultural engineer and expert in organic cultivation.

Next they are invited to wash their hands - company policy for all who visit the farm.

Then, guests take a stroll through the crops where they learn more about organic farming and are invited to sample different aromatic herbs followed by a question and answer period. At the end of the tour guests proceed to the cooking school where they are given a small organic cooking demonstration, light appetizers and refreshments.
